Using the tools
ToolNest is provided free of charge, as available. Only process documents you are entitled to use. Keep original files and check outputs before relying on them.
Document limitations
Not every PDF, font or browser is supported. Text extraction can lose layout or reading order. Password-protected PDFs and OCR are not supported. Changing a PDF may affect signatures or interactive forms.
Calculator limitations
Date tools use calendar dates rather than times of day. Weekends and holidays are included. Calendar age uses a stated month-end convention. Percentage and discount calculators provide arithmetic results; they do not include taxes, fees or currency conversion.
Availability
Features may change, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. These pages explain the current behavior of the tools; use your original documents and applicable official rules for decisions that require exact verification.
