How to translate text
Select the source language and the language you want, enter a short message and select Translate. The Swap button exchanges the languages. Copy translation puts the result on your clipboard when your browser permits it.
Free service limits
Each request is limited to 500 UTF-8 bytes. Urdu, Arabic and many other scripts use more than one byte per character, so fewer than 500 characters may fit. The provider’s anonymous allowance is limited to 5,000 characters a day and may be shared by people using the same network. If the quota is reached, try again later.
Accuracy and privacy
Translations can contain mistakes. Check names, numbers and meaning before sending a translated message. This tool is for plain text, not PDF translation or certified translations. It needs an internet connection and does not translate locally on your device.
